peek-a-boo



Last weekend, I went to see friends
who breed, raise, and show the most
beautiful horses—even their 
barn is gorgeous.

    I’ll bet this image is a good reflection of your friends—people possessing an elegant rusticity; down-home; pragmatic; hardworking, yet having great artistic sophistication.

    So how soft is that horse’s nose?

    That surely is a beautiful barn, Alexa! And TG's question took me right back to when we were little {littler} and some horses were being agisted in the paddock behind us. Warm, soft, fuzzy noses. Wonderful!

    The only thing softer than a horse's muzzle is a baby's bottom! Elegant rusticity is exactly right.
