photo Hunter — "foreign"

I have plenty of "foreign" pictures, but
I chose this one (a Parisian citron pressé:
nothing but fresh lemon juice, water, and
sugar) because it takes me back to
Paris in July and far, far away from
New York in March.

[You can see more foreign things here.]

  1. It's been a long time since I've seen New York City!

My Photo Hunters is up. I hope you can take some time to take a peek. Happy weekend!

  2. Yum. I love lemonade. In Doha, Qatar, they make fresh lemonade blended with fresh mint leaves, and that is SO good!

P.S. The beer looks good, too....

  3. My photo is from Paris . . . but we were there in January! (Much like NY in March, I'm afraid.)

  4. There is nothing as good as un citron pressé on a hot summer day. Here though, they put too much ice in the glass. After all those years of living in the US I still cannot drink with that much ice. It is very difficult to tell servers “not much ice please” they still place ice in 1/3 of the glass or more. In France I like it when they ask “un glaçon ou deux?” (one ice cube or two) I usually go for 2 ice cubes.

  5. Again this is one of those themes that can easily take so many directions. Great shot that makes me thirsty and perfect for the theme.

  6. I love it when you have an excuse to post something Parisian {or Venetian}, Alexa!
