Mellow Yellow Monday

Here's another shot I took at Staten Island's
Snug Harbor Cultural Center, which includes
a first-class museum. This sculpture really
caught my eye—it's one of those things you
look at and think, "I could do that." But I'm
willing to bet money I don't even have that
you absolutely could not! So sorry, but I
didn't have my notebook with me, and can't
find the scrap of paper with the name of the
sculptor (and Google has failed me).

  2. Well, no mind who did it, it's a piece of sculpture I find pleasing.

  3. I love it! It's like a scribbly doodle given the 3D treatment. And yes, visions of old wire coat hangers and a pair of pliers flitted through my head, but they were quickly dispelled!! One of those deceptively-simple, talented creations.
