dragonfly

I took the first shot from about 12 feet
away (because this other photographer was
hogging the action) with an "okay"
camera. I'd love to see what spectacular
picture he must have captured—and that
dragonfly cooperated by staying there for at
least 10 minutes while he hovered over
it with his fancy DSLR (envious—moi?).

  1. I only barely know what a DSLR is, let alone how to use one. But given that he's so close to his subject and stayed there some time, I'm imagining how stunning his photos could turn out to be! That said, I love your photos, Alexa - if you're only using an "okay" camera, it speaks volumes for your skill with it.

  2. Shell -- I appreciate the positive feedback! I'll do my best to make the most of my "okay" camera, I promise.
