3D Impressionism

When I saw this from down the street,
I admit it—myopic me was fooled for
more than a few seconds. If you like
J. Seward Johnson's work, there's more here.

  1. I patted the shoulder of a J. Seward Johnson window washer in Santa Barbara not long ago at all (March 11) while I was walking around killing time before an Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater performance (thank you Judith Jamison).

He had some compatriots in the same arcade. And this old geezer wearing bifocals.

    Small world, huh?

Wait. Did I just call someone else other than me an old geezer? Shame on me.

  2. TG -- Never mind that -- I'M an old geezer who wears bifocals! (though, granted, not quite THAT old, thank you very much!). And I must remember to show you my real window washer sometime soon.
[Thank you, Judith Jamison? Oh, yeah! Lucky you, TG]
