Alexa, I think you approach/enjoy your meals with a sophistication that I would only expect from someone...well...like you. Does that make any sense? :-) Enjoyed the information about Aperol...it sounds like the smart way to drink rather than knocking down a couple of martinis before dinner...then perhaps not being as coherent to appreciate meal or company. ;-)
