photo hunter – "unacceptable"

This is a very high-end neighborhood
and that's the United Nations over there.
In fact, they did let us cross—but they should
have let the garbage collectors in too.

    I am not sure to fully understand the circumstances of your shot.

  2. I think they may have put the barricade up to cover their butts so to speak.This way if people cross the barricade and get attacked by the garbage, it's their own fault!
