subway art #2

Some subway stations have wonderful tile
art. From top to bottom, these are 66th St.
(Lincoln Center), Houston Street (only
explanation I can think of for this one is that
there is a public pool nearby), and 81st Street
(the Museum of Natural History).


  1. Oh, those are beautiful. I saw some hats, a ship, and a couple of others, but not these. Next time...

  2. They are beautiful - I was wrong, a railway doesn't need to be called the 'Metro' to be special!
