fortune teller

This woman has set up shop at Coney Island.
I've known a couple of people who really
could sense things that would happen in
others' lives. But they never took money,
and were somewhat reluctant to do
"readings," in case what they saw was
bad news. So are you a believer?

  1. I went twice to 'Madame Cecilia' at the Porte de Clignancourt in Paris, and she was so exact she scared me...some came true, too. Others I knew in Paris had the same experience, soooo....I am a bit of a believer, if you get a good 'Madame Cecilia.'

  2. I'm a believer, though I also believe there are unscrupulous charlatans out there - naughty, naughty charlatans!! No matter how accurate they can be, though, I have no great desire to delve into such things for myself.

  4. Bibi -- mine was Mme Masson, a "dame d'une certaine age," also in Paris and so not a pro. She was amazing though.
Shell -- yeah, too bad about those charlatans!
Fete Vidal -- no hablo español, but welcome to my little blog.
