photo Hunt — "standing"

This column has been standing (more or less) up on 
the Acropolis, in Athens, since the middle of the 
6th century B.C.  I know I'm stating the obvious, 
but that's a very, very long time.

  1. That column looks like it needs some help to stand. In any case, have to admit that I wouldn't want to be standing too close to it!!! :D

  2. I just got finished editing my LAST set of India photos (link to come) and they were mainly of the Qatub minaret that I posted early January, but in that complex there were many, many columns like this....wow.

    And as for the sign on my blog today, I noticed the same thing after I took the photo. I think the sign is a reflection of a reflection! :)
