I was on the ferry riding between lower
Manhattan and Governor's Island, turned
around, and saw . . . this!
If you blow it up you'll see that the
amazing light is shining down on
Lady Liberty and Ellis Island.

ReplyDeleteAgree with Gary, ha. Some would say this is a sign!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Glad you turned around in time to see it -- and capture it.
ReplyDeleteTu as vraiment toujours ton appareil photo prêt à bondir !! Ce n'est pas une image !!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great photo for the end of the week -- It looks like a starburst. I guess that would be a "sun-burst"
ReplyDeleteYes, I hear angels singing!
ReplyDeleteYou were at the right place and time to capture this beauty sight. Nice sky watch showing.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Simply beautiful!
ReplyDeleteSpectacular, you captured those rays perfectly.
ReplyDeleteMagnificent!
ReplyDeleteFantastic! I caught a similar sunset this week.. I have never seen the sun explode through clouds like this and here, in the same week, I have seen two! Maybe it is a sign??!!
