After a charity walk one Sunday morning,
we decided to keep on walking—right over to
Chinatown for some amazing dim sum.
The thing I ate the most of: those yummy
greens. The thing I wouldn't touch with a
10-foot chopstick: tripe!

Why didn't I think of that! I am thinking of some for this weekend even. :-)
ReplyDeleteYour dim sum look so much nicer than my dim sum.
ReplyDeleteYep, tripe might be on my “no-go list,” I mean, after all, what kind of crap has passed through that stuff (literally)? I might be chicken to eat a couple other things although I think I tried these drunk once. Once they sobered up though I couldn’t taste the alcohol at all. Ha ha.
even the word 'tripe' sounds unappetizing! & yes those greens do look delish.
ReplyDeletewhat a nice way to spend an afternoon.
Even early morning, your dim sum look very yummy, more than TG's, I could easily eat them as breakfast, but no tripes, please !!!
ReplyDeleteYes, skip the tripe for me, too. But those greens, yum, yum.
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful spread of food and I would hope that I could identify (and skip) the tripe.
ReplyDeleteyummy looking dim sum, Alexa! I have eaten something similar to tripe: chitterlings. Need lots of hot sauce and concentrating on something beside what I am actually eating!
ReplyDeleteThank you for bringing delicious to ABC Wednesday!
