The other morning, as I was walking across the
Brooklyn Bridge on my way to work, this police
helicopter kept circling the bridge the whole
time—around and around and around—and I have
to say it made me a little nervous! After
all, the BB is a pretty high-profile NYC landmark.
I won't stop walking across it though (also have
to ride the subway, and, frankly, I worry
about that sometimes, too).

ReplyDeleteI think I know how you feel Alexa. It's a different world we live in since 911. I often wonder if other people in other cities in the U.S. feel this way. It doesn't stop me but sometimes I feel the hair rise on the back of my neck when I'm traveling through the tunnel on the train or in my car.
Personally, I think I'd rather be on the BB versus the subway.
A circling chopper would make me nervous too, Alexa. That sky is glorious!
