Shadow Shot Sunday

Caught these at my mom's house, where
things tend to remain reassuringly the same.
These fabric blooms (and their shadows) have
been giving her pleasure for a lot of years.

  4. So much better than plastic.

I got out anaglyphic glasses thinking maybe it was 3-D. Not what I thought but still: delectable, debonair, and devotional.

  7. Ha ha! Fooled me...I guess the only thing that will change with those flowers are their shadows!!

  8. Thought they were real at first. Beautiful. It's comforting when certain things stay the same, isn't it?
