street art


This is up on a building in the East Village,
appropriately near Cooper Union. It reminds
me of something (French), but—duh—I can't quite
place it. Any help would be kindly appreciated.

    Um, how about Monet's Impression, soleil levant, Alexa ~ maybe a weensy bit evocative of it?

    I love that "frame"!
