ET sunset

On the one really sunny afternoon we had in Paris 
last month, we made a beeline for the rooftop terrace 
of the Galeries Lafayette to catch the sun 
setting behind the Eiffel Tower and the Grand Palais.
I think it was well worth braving the 
cold up there for this view!

  10. Very, very nice shot!! A just reward for your efforts and perseverance. The two clouds look as if one will pass in back and the other in front of the Tower. Pretty cool!

  11. That is so beautiful, i wonder how far you are from the tower when you shoot that. I haven't seen it up close, only almost a 2 meter tall structure on the plane from CDG airport on the way to Strasbourg.
