Un jeune marin

This young Parisien was having a good time (despite
the cold—and where are his gloves?) sailing
his boat in the pond at the Jardin du Luxembourg.

When the boat comes close to "shore," the
stick is used to send it off again.

    Wonderful shots! These little boats are my favorite part of the Jardin du Luxembourg,… my boys and I "sailed" there for the very first time this past October :)

    I am smiling from ear to ear. I wonder if my daddy did this as a little boy. The child is adorable and so serious about what he is trying to do.
