ABC Wednesday—X is for "Xmas"

Yesterday I showed you some Parisian
window dresser's version of Santa.  Now here's

my idea of a real Santa (though some small
children did cry when they were parked on his lap).
{BTW, I've used this X word in a previous Christmastime
post—and explained why I think "Xmas" is okay.}
Hope all of you who are celebrating today
are having a wonderful holiday!

  1. He definitely looks like the real Santa, even reminiscent of Miracle on 34th Street's Santa. (I must make a note to watch that this season.) Love the bells on his hand.

    Also, you probably know the X in Xmas really stands for the Greek word (or for that matter, the Serbian word, too) for Christ, so it's okay to use it! I do and did in my post, too! Merry Christmas/Xmas to you and yours.
