Thursday Challenge — "thankful"

Impossible to choose one photo to show all the things I'm thankful for.
But I should be thankful for every new day that dawns—and
especially when I get to greet the dawn in a place like this.
It was the view from my window when I got up to record
the 7 a.m. church bells in Vernazza, in the Cinque Terre.

  2. I’m thankful for another view of Vernazza and a reminder of that room with a view, and your story of finding that exact same view of “and what a view” fame.

Are you sure that magazine photographer was standing on the bed?

  3. Vernazza at dawn is certainly a beautiful reason to be thankful. And I am thankful you shared it with us.

  4. What a gorgeous view (from your window? I'm envious!) - my guess is also at night when all the little lights are flickering...

  8. Thankful Challenge. Wow, that's a wonderful thought. As I look at what our friends in Greece are experiencing not to mention other places all over our planet, stopping and thinking on what we have to be grateful for is quite a wonderful idea.

  9. I’m sorry to say that that “photographer” in the link is not I. I would share a recent photo of me but I have none handy at the moment. Looking around for something from a few years back I noticed how much a photo resembled one of the talented Shell Sherree’s works. I am speaking of this photo.
