ReplyDeleteThere is a professor in the history department here whom I thought would be our first black POTUS: Julian Bond. It wasn’t that off the wall of an idea.
ReplyDeleteBut I attended a talk he gave about recorded rhythm and blues music that was nothing but dry data. Not a single anecdote during the entire presentation. I changed my mind about him.
