Photo Hunt—"high"


Seems like One World Trade Center (aka the Freedom Tower)—our
very own "Oh yeah? How about this!" to the terrorists—grows
higher every day. The tower steel is above floor 89,
concrete is being installed above floor 76, and the
facade is installed above floor 59. Ultimately, there will
be 105 floors, with an observation deck, then a glass
parapet at the height of the original Twin Towers (1,368 feet)
and a spire to bring the ultimate height to 1,776 feet.
I'm of two minds about this project, but must admit
that it's growing on me (so to speak).
