Admittedly, there is bad greasy food. But when you're in Bologna,
gastronomic capital of Italy, and you've been served fresh zucchini
blossoms fried in a light batter then given a squeeze of lemon juice
and a very spare dusting of sugar—trust me, that's good greasy!

Yeah, they do look greasy, but your description makes them nearly irresistible :-)
