We've had some pretty awful weather around here lately—so I'm returning to Paris on a warm, sunny day in late winter/early spring, and wishing I was here with these Parisiennes on the banks of the Seine. (And wondering how she keeps those seams so straight!). To see more Mellow Yellow, go here: http://mellowyellowmonday.blogspot.com/ |
Good one! I'd almost forgotten about stockings with seams. I remember my mother asking me when I was very small if her seams were straight.
ReplyDeleteParis, isn't it wonderful!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great scene, Alexa. I'm not sure if I'd have the knack with the seams but I should probably try it at least once! Here's to some nicer weather heading your way.
ReplyDeleteThat's a very good find. I haven't seen that kind of stocking lately. ^_^
ReplyDeleteThe Rose
Gives for a great and interesting pic! I go for "comfortable" and I wouldn't want to be wondering about every move I make:):)
ReplyDeleteWhere else but in Paris! Love the yellow, the banks of the Seine, and certainly, the seams in her hose!
ReplyDeleteBises,
Genie
Those are the straightest seams I've ever seen!
ReplyDeleteAnd, in the last photo on the post, are stocking seams in Venice. But, I don't think they're quite as straight as your offering.
