A big bowl o' bubbly at Le Train Bleu, the gorgeous restaurant in the Gare de Lyon— definitely worth a visit, even if you just have a glass of that (domestic!) Champagne. {BTW, you can call it Champagne—with a capital C— only if it comes from that region in France; otherwise, it's champagne.
