ABC Wednesday—E is for "escargots"


As someone once said, "Slippery little suckers."
Also proof that pretty much anything can 
be rendered edible with butter, garlic, and parsley!
And I wasn't worried about whether they'd be
good—they've been serving these here for 114 years.

    Those snails look good to me. But you have nailed the three reasons for it.

    One thing I learned about eating escargot is that you don’t want to lean over your plate too close.

  2. I;ve never eaten them.... but often wondered what the taste realy is...
    I don;t know if i would eat them, given the chance ;-)
