inSPIREd Sunday


My daughter Lila (this is her picture)
and I stepped into the church of the Madeleine
to look around for a minute—and found
a concert of beautiful choral music going on.
Sometimes you just get lucky.

    That's stunning. We mostly see churches posted here while empty. Very beautiful interior. Lucky you indeed with the choir.

    What an opportune moment. That's beautiful - there's an other-world quality to that photograph. Presumably due to exposure - but it works!

    Ah, this is indeed a favorite of mine. Several years ago, V, Marie, and I went to a concert there during Fète de la Musique. Exquisite!
