Ruby Tuesday

Most of the time, this joint is jumpin'—with
thousands of visitors, tourists and locals alike.
But early on a Sunday morning, the South
Street Seaport looks like this. On this particular
Sunday, it was a starting-off point for a
couple of charity walks.

  1. They look more orange but I'll not nit pick . I love outside umbrellas, whatever the color.

  3. For a second I thought we might be here. I love the texture of the “red” umbrellas. Not so far off from Japanese shibori.

  4. Quite a tension in this lovelyy photo! You can feel the umbrellas almost waiting for the bustle to happen!

  5. I'm always surprised when I find a really deserted, quiet place in big cities. I hope you enjoyed the quiet among this lovely red.
