Mellow Yellow Monday

Have never caught Dave's show myself, but
when my kids were 13 or 14 years old, they'd
hang around the stage door after school just to see
whom they could meet. I guess that was
one way to stay out of trouble (or get into it!).

  2. I wonder if they got to meet any of the same people you met.

Back stage life is just a little different from that on stage, though. It might be boring for them. I mean like nodding off boring...

  3. That's almost the only American show we can get here in France (not like American series) and I sometimes watch it, I just regret it doesn't come with subtitles.
With all the very American cultural references, it is sometimes beyond my English level but it definitely help practicing !!!!

  5. I went to see a couple of quiz shows filmed in Hollywood when I lived in L.A., but no talk shows. I don't really care for David Letterman; can't put my finger on why.
