The Weekend in Black and White

This past Wednesday, I posed a rather snarky
question to the NYC Transit Authority.
So in all fairness I should also show you this
fabulous skylight—a prominent feature
of the new Fulton Street subway station (which
I've featured here once before).

[To see more b/w photos, visit Dragonstar's meme.]

  1. Fabulous it is. Kind of like a full moon conceived of by the painter Paul Klee executed by the sculptor Naum Gabo. And photographed by another artist.

  2. Oh wow! This is so beautiful What an incredible sight!

  3. That skylight makes for great patterns that are perfect for a b&w photo. Well seen. So, what was your snarky question?

    1. You can read her question by scrolling down her top page a few posts to the Wednesday, October 21, 2015 post which is titled: Odéon metro station; or you could just put your cursor on the following blue word and click here.

  4. Awesome photo. And I'm sure you got an answer to your question right? ;o)

Thanks, merci, grazie, danke, hvala, gracias, spasibo, shukran, dhanyavaad, salamat, arigato, and muito obrigado for your much-appreciated comments.
