Workin' on the railroad


On any given weekend, some NYC subway
line is under repair or maintenance.
That's a good thing, of course, unless it's your
station they're working in—and you
actually need to get somewhere.

    Maybe not always, or even often, but sometimes I am afraid they get a little overzealous with the construction.

    And even when they offer possibilities for alternative transportation where are the gondolas when you need them?
