The Weekend in Black and White

I'm starting my weekend in a place I've
never been before—it's very near the
equator, so I'm guessing (since I'm posting
ahead just in case) that I might see
something like this when I look up.

  1. Striking, overall, but the half-tones lost in mist add some spicy flavor—not unlike Southeast Asian food? But just getting there would take most of your weekend. Ecuador, Galapagos, Gabon, Congo, and Panama would be possible. Or just maybe Venezuela.

Now you have me looking forward to finding out more about the place you have never been before.

  2. Striking B&W photo! The texture of the leaves and the patterns are really cool.

  3. Oh, I'm guessing you will! {Safe guess on my part.} The mist in the background is most atmospheric.
