Shadow Shot Sunday

I find myself hoping for sunshine and
searching for shadows wherever I travel—
and found both in abundance at the
Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Palm/Sunday

My friends tell me that when a shopping mall
is built in Florida, the developers don't
plant little trees and wait for them to grow.
Instead, one day there's no vegetation
at all and the next day there's this.

The Weekend in Black and White

my daughter Lila) before I left
NYC for my mini tropical getaway—so

A good start

Not a bad way to begin the new year:

when the folks back home are having

never been before—it's very near the
