John works with me, and today he brought
his 5-month-old daughter to work.  I caught
him staring at the computer with phone in
hand, bottle on desk, and baby on lap.
We all fell in love with the lovely, sweet-
natured—and sleepy—Emily Elizabeth.
(She had just come from her first photo shoot
for our magazine, Parents—you gotta love
baby who pays her own way!)

  1. Sort of Bring-your-daughter-to-work-and-employ-her Day! Don't let this man drive a car.

  2. How refreshing to see a Dad do what a Mom does on a regular basis: with or without kids.

  3. alexa,
    the baby is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cuteeeeeee!!!:)

I have a weakness for cute babies!!!!:):):):) and for the cuteness of babies!!!:):):):)

and, where have you been? Bombay is missing you and Rose!!:) Finally, Rose was found however !! ;-)

  4. I bow to your colleague's fortitude. It is tough...I think I'm singing to the choir. ;-)

  5. I'm always afraid of spilling liquids on my laptop. Yet here we have a laptop that spills its own liquids.

Thanks, merci, grazie, danke, hvala, gracias, spasibo, shukran, dhanyavaad, salamat, arigato, and muito obrigado for your much-appreciated comments.
