The Mutual of America building, on Park Avenue, was built around 1960, but reclad in 1995 to make this postmodern version of an Art Deco skyscraper. I like what they did with the place.

I like the reflected orange of the General Electric Building at 570 Lexington and the way it is surrounded by that cobalt blue.
I couldn’t find a view of the pre-1995 MOA building (was it ITT then?) but I found a view from 1954 that James Dean could have glimpsed (looking off to the left down Park Avenue, same location as your photo, on the right).
