Daffodil Hill

That's the aptly named part of the
Brooklyn Botanic Garden that's carpeted
for a while every April with hundreds
of these bright yellow blooms.

  2. I like the 3-D perspective, the depth of field. It looks like it’s way out in the country or in a forest somewhere.

    “The hills are alive with the sound of music.” But in this case maybe Fats Domino would do it justice too. ♩♬ I found my thrill on Daffodil Hill ♫ ♪

  4. "Carpet" is the first word that comes to mind! Also, I thought of this:
    I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud
    BY WILLIAM WORDSWORTH

    I wandered lonely as a cloud
    That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
    When all at once I saw a crowd,
    A host, of golden daffodils;
    Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
    Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.
