Piano Man

As part of a program called
Sing for Hope Pianos, 88 of them
were placed around the five boroughs of
New York for two weeks back in June,
for anyone to sit down and play.
This one under the arch in Grand Army Plaza
in Brooklyn was the nearest to my house
(and made me wish I could play).

[Linking back to Ruby Tuesday and Our World Tuesday.]

  1. How wonderful! And a RED piano! Love it!

  2. Somehow I can't see that happening in the UK without some little scrote smashing it up.

  3. what an interesting project; have a good Tuesday

    much love...

  4. Hoping to be in Brooklyn in a couple of weeks!

  5. wow Alexa, this is a beautiful photo in every way.
Ian saw the pianist in Washington Square recently & loved listening to his music.

  6. What a delight!
