My brother David (who left us two years ago) had Tibetan prayer flags indoors and out at his home. Shortly before he died, I said something about them— and he gave me several strings of these colorful flags. I don't have an "outdoors" at my place, but when I finally figure out where to put them, I'll share. (And thanks again, David!) [To see more ABC Wednesday posts, go here.] |
So very special.
ReplyDeleteI think they're just fine indoors, even if they don't blow in the wind. I had mine on my terrace, but they got all faded, which is what they're supposed to do, I guess, so I burned them...like you're supposed to do.
ReplyDeleteYour photo is beautiful.
I like 'em indoors too, even if that's contrary to the way it's supposed to be.

We had them and I put them in the kitchen as decoration for birthdays. My Australian daughter had them on her veranda. They look great. I wished I could read them.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your memories.
