| This is Sumo, an English mastiff I met while I was doing my shift at the food coop. He got lots of attention and every other person who passed by said, "Now that's a dog!" He was very sweet, but I'm not sure how comfortable I'd be having a pet who outweighs me by 30 or 40 pounds. [To see more ABC posts, go here.] |

The bigger the dog, the more I like them. They tend to be the gentle giants. Except the more they eat, the more they poop, too! LOL Don't really want to be picking that up!

Love Mastiff's. We had one years ago. Weighed 160. Her name was Kisha, but unfortunately she developed cancer when she was 5. That was a sad day. She brought us much slobbery love!
