(*Well, maybe not quite a party) Since I gave up alcohol for Lent . . . I've had many, many cups of tea. So why not use a pretty cup? (I've had this one since I was a kid (i.e., for a looong time)! That is a lovely teacup I bet tea tastes so much better in it. Something about a china cup does that.:))
ReplyDeleteI luv blue and white china. If you've had it since childhood, it's very special. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI went to a garden tea party several years ago. Everyone was to dress up in long dresses, wear white gloves, a hat (we were all women...chuckle...) and the hostess brought out her best teapot and collection of cups...lovely it was, just like your photo.
ReplyDeleteTea is without doubt one of the best drinks on this planet and for some reason it does taste better if you make a pot and drink it out of a pretty tea-cup like this.
