Thursday Challenge — "light"

I was happy to see a continuation of last week's
challenge.  There's no lack of light here in
NYC, and even more so at this time of year.
Frankly, I wish they'd leave these lights (on
3rd Ave., near where I work) on all year long!

[To see more of this challenge, go here.]

  1. Utterly gorgeous. I like the different texture the trees across the street afford.

I don’t want to make you jealous or anything (ha!) but the walls of my abode look a lot like that at night (one of these days I really must clean my little grotto).

  2. I think you are on to something. That little grove of trees of yours even looks good unilluminated, during the day, in a different season and photographed mindlessly from the top of a moving vehicle. Not too shabby an area to work, me thinks.

  3. I'll see TG's utterly gorgeous and raise it a stunning. I hope your wish comes true, Alexa.

  4. Thanks, guys! And yup, TG—that's the very grove.

  5. The lighted trees are so festive and wonderful!

Thanks, merci, grazie, danke, hvala, gracias, spasibo, shukran, dhanyavaad, salamat, arigato, and muito obrigado for your much-appreciated comments.
