I walked home across the Brooklyn Bridge (as usual) and found the moon perfectly framed by the cables of the bridge (and in my favorite heure bleu). |
Took this close-up (if you can use that word when the subject of your photo is, on average, 238,857 miles away) the next night. [To see more Skywatch, go here.] |
Beautiful composition. Loved the pic.
ReplyDeleteThe Brooklyn Bridge shot is such a cool photo!
ReplyDeleteAmazing view. My skywatch is up too.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blue and iron picture. The moon is the cake's cherry :-)
ReplyDeleteWonderful composition in that first capture. Really nice work.
ReplyDeleteOh, I miss New York. What a good photo you took. L'heure bleu indeed! Well done.
ReplyDeletebeautifully framed. love your "closeup" shot.
ReplyDeletecreative capture of skywatch images
ReplyDeleteLove both your photos. The moon is so soft and magnificent in the sky.
ReplyDeleteLove that first one. I have only a point and shoot camera, but I recently took a photo of the moon that I liked very much, framed by power lines that looked like a music staff.
