Skywatch Friday

A glorious southwest Virginia sky—in
honor
of my mother, who was born and
raised there and whose 96th birthday is today.

  1. No wonder the years of her first decade were called “The Roaring Twenties.” And she was just getting a start. Although I have never met her I am sure she is a person rare, precious, and sparkling as, oh, I don’t know what. But it must be something as beautiful as that sky.
