A yellow vélo

This beautiful bamboo bicyclette was on display
in the window of the Marc Jacobs store
overlooking the Palais Royal gardens—
where all the boutiques are high-end and all
the merchandise is extra-special

    Cool! A bamboo bike....is it to be ridden? Wouldn't think bamboo would be strong in the long term.

    Yes, I wonder how the bamboo holds up but I hear it is very strong material.

    The bike looks very stylish with that touch of yellow. Unusual to see one like this as a prime element of a window display.
