catch of the day

Saw these at a crafts fair down in Virginia—
all the colorful fish are made from old
barn wood, roofing, and siding.
Lots of boaters and fishermen
(and vacation homes) in these parts,

so they were doing a brisk business.

  1. Always good to have a bright colored fish on the wall of the vacation cabin.

  2. Certainly eye catching.

With the original containers holding those wine corks, and those hot lips down there someone is all set for a game of spin the bottle.

  5. I get so inspired at crafts fairs. I remember a sign on a relatively easy piece of woodworking, a squirrel feeder, I think. It read, "I know you could, but you didn't." So I now stop myself from muttering, "I could make that." :)

  6. Very interesting and fun art with the sea theme. I love seeing creations from talented and clever artists. Maybe because I am not a very crafty person.
    Thanks for sharing.
    Happy Blue Monday,
