Found this beauty hanging over the Hudson River one day (yes, day) last week. Fortunately, I had my camera with me— because as much as I love my iPhone, I can't zoom in like this with it.
Wonderful image. Yes, the cameras in phones are wonderful little devices but the do not replace a real camera in many instances. Have a blessed week-end.
I do love the night skies and had the opportunity last week to be in the darkest spot of the southeastern US. In the blink of an eye I saw to shooting stars and was amazed as I looked up at familiar constellations and then gazed at the Milky Way! Love this shot....
Wow, looks awesome!

Ooh! I love this! Never thought to try and shoot the moon during the day. Great idea Alexa.
ReplyDeleteFabulous! I know what you mean about the phone camera :-)

ReplyDeleteFantastic shot!
ReplyDeleteYes, like the others said, there is a difference in these cameras. Glad you had the big one with. How much zoom did you use?
Carola—Thanks! It's a Sony Cybershot with a 30x zoom (I love it).
ReplyDeleteIt is a knockout - wow!
