Twice as Nice

Bright pink cherry blossoms reflected in a tranquil pond—

I was taking my usual early-morning
walk across the Brooklyn Bridge,
and this guy just happened to drop in.

shop in the East Village, where they sell . . .

. . . rain gear and candy. I wonder how
they came up with that particular combination.
