Weekend Reflections

In Paris last month, I saw this architectural

reflection in my brother Chris's clip-on sunglasses.
(Do you see what you've done to me, James?)

The Weekend in Black and White

I showed you a funky piano on Wednesday and
(à la Monty Python) now for something completely

different: my brother's gorgeous 19th-century
Steinway grand.  It (he) makes beautiful music!

(And day after tomorrow is his birthday—
have a good one, Chris!)

Thursday Challenge—"music"

This is my favorite musician: my brother Chris.
He teaches band, so he also plays the clarinet, flute,
trumpet, flugelhorn . . . and whatever other instruments
are played by band members—and piano too!
(He can also sing and play the drums at the same time. Impressive!)

abc wednesday —P is for "piano keys"

One of my favorite things: listening to my brother Chris play his
19th-century Steinway grand.  Chris plays the drums professionally
(with the
Lone Sharks), but oh! what he can coax out of that gorgeous piano!
And, btw, today is his birthday—Happy B-day, Bro!
