inSPIREd Sunday

This pretty little church was established back in
1842, in Rocky Mount, in the Blue Ridge
Mountains of Virginia. Some of my VA cousins
sing in the choir here.
{Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah to
 all who are celebrating today!}

Traveling Tuesdays

This is the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, and
 those are the Blue Ridge Mountains (which usually
do look blue—except when the leaves are turning).
Unfortunately, it's a windy place, and the little prop
plane I was in was knocked all around and up and down

by the cross currents. Never been so happy to land!

shadow Shot Sunday

While flying over the foothills of the
Blue Ridge mountains, I looked down and saw nothing
 but . . . shadows! (It really is an obsession.)
