This old wine press . . .

is at the entrance to the caves of the
Chateau de la Rose Brisson/
Moulin Galhaud winery.

They were dug out with pickaxes under the
streets of Saint Emilion many years
ago, and there's lots and lots—and lots—of
excellent wine stored here. Cheers!
