Weekend Reflections

This is the Secret Garden water-lily pond in
Central Park's Conservatory Garden
(the only formal garden in the park). The
statue was dedicated in 1936 to the
memory of Frances Hodgson Burnett.

  1. So appropriate to dedicate the “Secret Garden” to Frances Hodgson Burnett.

We should mention the sculptor, Bessie Potter Vonnoh.

Who knew Little Lord Fauntleroy could play flute?

So glad that the garden above is not so secret to us anymore. Thanks.

  5. A great reflection! It would be nice to be walking or sitting on a bench around there.
